Welcome to Alisha Peden’s Rebound Shoe Depot!
I am ALISHA PEDEN owner/operator of ERIOS EMPOWER HOUSE, LLC and I am ALSO the owner/operator of ERIOS Community Organization, Inc. which is my Non-Profit. ERIOS stands for Everything Rolled Into One STOP and SERVICE.
My VISION for both companies is to HELP ALL PEOPLE…because THAT is my GOD given PASSION!!!
My MISSION is to EMPOWER MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY while being INSTRUMENTAL IN THE COMMUNITY.
I began SPINNING (Stationary Bike Class) in 2017 and instructing in 2019. However, I became SCHWINN certified in March 2022. I also took the LOVE that I have for SKATING and decided to TEACH children to help them relieve stress while exercising. During the last year, I wanted to add even MORE under my belt. My instructor, Sherron asked about TRAMPOLINE classes and I said…THAT IS IT, let’s DO IT!!!! We THEN became TRAMPOLINE certified and taught our FIRST TRAMPOLINE class named TRAMP KAMP in January 2023. As if THIS wasn’t ENOUGH, with me also having a LOVE for the Kangoo Jumps classes, I THEN took it upon myself to become a KANGOO POWER LEVEL 1 INSTRUCTOR and received my license June 11, 2023. This has ALWAYS been such a FUN way to exercise so I wanted to share my LOVE with others. Not only do we BOUNCE it out, we have classes where we LEARN how to NOURISH ourselves as well. With our diets usually being 90% of the battle, we take it another step farther and have CHALLENGES to help ENCOURAGE each other on a regular basis.
So with ERIOS meaning EVERYTHING ROLLED INTO ONE STOP, I am striving to adhere to the meaning

I am GRATEFUL for my TEAM of SURVIVORS that also share the passion that I have.
That passion is to HELP people LOVE themselves, BETTER themselves AND take TIME for themselves!!!
